Q: My framerate (FPS) is very low.
A: Check to see if you have G-sync enabled for windowed and full screen mode. If so, you will need to make a small change to the NVIDIA settings:
In NVIDIA Control Panel
1. Manage 3D Settings
2. Add ktt.exe
3. Change Monitor Technology to Fixed Refresh
4. Click APPLY
Q: My antivirus software says this is a threat when I try to install or update the game. What can I do?
A: Because the launcher, KronosTimeTitan.exe, can download and update the game, some antivirus software might quarantine the update process, to protect you from getting a virus. While this is usually a good thing, it can sometimes block the game from getting updates.
Windows Defender is the built-in virus scanner and does an exceptional job of protecting computers from viruses. If you use Defender and are having trouble installing the game or updating the files because Defender quarantines one or more game files, please let me know ASAP so I can submit the latest version of ktt.exe or kronostimetitan.exe to Microsoft for review so they can mark the game as safe.
If you use a different antivirus besides Defender, you may need to add an exception to allow the game to run. You can also submit a copy of ktt.exe or kronostimetitan.exe on your antivirus company’s website so they can analyze the files and mark them as safe for you.
